Disappointed to say that the city itself is not very bike friendly.  The bike routes available  https://www.auburnalabama.org/cycle/bike-trail-map/ on the city of Auburn’s web site are routes that mainly take you right along with traffic, aka the steel  dragons, flown by the ever increasingly distracted driver.  Poor maps, no addresses for trail head access, I’d just skip the city of  Auburn as a biking destination.  However, not far is Chewakla State Park,  a great place to ride MTB for all skill levels.
